First-Responder and Military Discounts only apply to base subscription, not add ons. Please only choose First-Responder (FR) and Military Discounts if you fall within this category.

Once you have signed up for your base subscription, please return to this page to complete any add-on therapy options, which are billed quarterly. This allows you to stop this option if you choose to do so without interrupting your main TRT base subscription. No discounts offered for add-on therapies as these are already deeply discounted to ensure patients have fairly priced options.

Six and 12-month subscriptions are available after three months of stable treatment. Patients transferring from another clinic or those already on TRT may be eligible for longer subscriptions immediately.
