Or, you can pay a flat fee and we’ll send an order to your nearest LabCorp. Our goal is to make your hormone replacement therapy experience as smooth as possible. We have patients starting on BHRT in as little as 5-10 days.

Hormone Replacement FAQs

  • Different labs have different reference ranges. We have “optimization” ranges that apply to hormone levels in both men and women. Medical clinics who accept insurance have to follow strict guidelines which are devised in such as way that care is often denied.

  • One of the best options is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We promote the use of BHRT in women for low testosterone, estrogen, and even progesterone. Your dedicated provider will walk you through what all of this entails. We work tirelessly to help you optimize.

  • We have all of these options available from our US-based compound pharmacies. Testosterone can be in cream or injectable form (which is specially designed and injected 1-2x per week). Estrogen is a patch or cream. Progesterone is best in capsule form before bed.

  • Refer to our Labs page to see which labs we generally like to have to start. We don’t treat labs; we treat your symptoms. However, we have some base labs we like to start with and we monitor them every 2-6 months dependent upon your stage of therapy. It takes 2-6 months to become “optimized” or “dialed-in”.

  • Our automated system will send you an email reminder before you run out. We will automatically order refills on your behalf to avoid interruptions in your therapy. If you would like to discuss any changes, hone your goals, or if you have any other requests, you only have to reach out.

  • You can start with labs or schedule a free initial consult above. We recommend labs if you have not had them completed in 6+ months. We are happy to take over care without delay or labs if you are coming from another facility and are already on hormone replacement therapy.
