Age Policy for Hormone Optimization Services

Lucidity Health provides hormone optimization services, including testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and other optimization services, for adults 25 years of age and older.

Patients Under 25

We do not initiate testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, or other optimization services in patients under the age of 25. Lucidity Health reserves the right to exercise clinical discretion in determining who we accept into or continue to treat within our practice.

If you are under 25 and experiencing symptoms consistent with a hormone imbalance, we strongly encourage you to:

• Establish care with a primary care provider for a full evaluation

• Request a referral to an endocrinologist to rule out underlying pathology

• Address foundational factors including sleep, nutrition, stress, and body composition, which are among the most common drivers of hormone-related symptoms in younger patients

Our Commitment

We believe the most valuable thing we can offer any patient is an honest clinical assessment. If you are not yet a candidate for treatment, we will tell you clearly, explain why, and point you toward the right next step.
