Lucidity Health Subscription and Therapy Billing Overview

Lucidity Health operates on a subscription-based care model. When you become a patient, you are enrolling in an ongoing clinical relationship that includes provider access, therapy planning, medical oversight, and prescription management. You are paying for that relationship, not for a prescription.

What the Subscription Covers

For most programs, such as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), the subscription includes the cost of medications along with clinical services. Medication costs are not billed or itemized separately — they are integrated into your total monthly or quarterly subscription fee.

For certain therapies, such as peptide protocols, compounded weight loss treatments, or regenerative therapies, the subscription may specifically include or reflect the cost of higher-priced medications as part of the overall service. These will be clearly communicated before you start.

Refills, Payments, and Changes

Refill dates may not align exactly with payment dates. Your refill schedule is based on your clinical dosing plan, which may result in receiving medication at irregular intervals while continuing your regular subscription. This allows for consistency in care regardless of how frequently a prescription is needed.

Because your subscription pays for provider access and ongoing clinical oversight rather than a specific prescription, your subscription pricing remains unchanged if you choose to have a medication we normally provide prescribed by another provider instead, whether to use insurance or for any other reason.

Billing Frequency and Invoices

Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly, depending on your therapy and plan. Automated payment notifications are sent for your records, and full invoices are available upon request if you need itemization for HSA/FSA purposes.

Cancellation
