Shipping Policy

Orders usually take 3 to 5 days to process with the pharmacy.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email and/or text link with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Orders are shipped on weekdays and take 7 business days or less to reach your door, but can take longer depending on supply chain issues, holidays, or medication and compounding shortages.

All orders are sent via ground shipping in discreet packaging through FedEx or UPS. You should not be required to sign for packages.

Some items are cold shipped and will require refrigeration within a few hours of delivery. If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to have been compromised by improper temperature control, see our Refund, Cancellation, and Medication Disposal Policy for how to notify us and what happens next.

Orders can only be shipped to residential addresses, not PO Boxes.

Shipping is free and included as part of your therapy package.
