First, choose your base subscription. The base plan includes two therapies (i.e. Testosterone & Progesterone), in addition to consults, supplies, & shipping and labs! Add-on therapies are added as needed below. Please read the next FAQ for further details.

Once you have signed up for your base subscription, please return to this page to complete any add-on therapy options, which are billed quarterly. This allows you to stop any add-on therapies if you choose to do so without interrupting your main subscription. No discounts offered for add-on therapies as these are already deeply discounted to ensure patients have fairly priced options.

Add-on therapies are added to any base subscription. For Estradiol (Estrogen), we can sometimes send an Rx for Estradiol patches to your pharmacy of choice, which may help you save on costs. If patches do not work or there is a national shortage (this is common), then you can later switch to our injectable estradiol for better systemic absorption or even estradiol topical cream.

The management of hypothyroidism management is included in your base therapy. We can write prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice so you can save. If you prefer a compounded thyroid medication (which combines T4 and T3), then that is outlined in the pricing below.

First-Responder and Military Discounts only apply to base subscription, not add ons. If you are a First-Responder (FR), active Military, or Veteran, please reach out.

12-month subscriptions are available after an initial three or six month initial period. All new patients (not on HRT previously), must start with the 3- or 6-month plan. Patients transferring from another clinic or those already on HRT may be eligible for an annual subscription immediately.
