First, choose your base subscription. The base plan includes one therapy (i.e. Testosterone), in addition to consults, supplies, & shipping. Add-on therapies are added as needed. Please read the next FAQ for further details.

If you are a new patient (and have not been on HRT in the past), you must start with a 6-month plan. Then, choose any add-on therapies, which are all billed quarterly.

Once you have signed up for your base subscription, please return to this page to complete any add-on therapy options, which are billed quarterly. This allows you to stop any add-on therapies if you choose to do so without interrupting your main subscription. No discounts offered for add-on therapies as these are already deeply discounted to ensure patients have fairly priced options.

Add-on therapies are added to any base subscription. For Estradiol (Estrogen), we can sometimes send an Rx for Estradiol patches to your pharmacy of choice, which may help you save on costs. If patches do not work, then you can later switch to our injectable estradiol for better systemic absorption.

Thyroid management is included in your base therapy if needed, but the medicine is not. We can sometimes send that Rx to your pharmacy of choice as well. Otherwise, the pricing below is for our high-quality compounded capsules (often combining T4 & T3).

First-Responder and Military Discounts only apply to base subscription, not add ons. If you are a First-Responder (FR), active Military, or Veteran, please reach out.

12-month subscriptions are available after six months of stable treatment. All new patients (not on HRT previously), must start with the 6-month plan. Patients transferring from another clinic or those already on HRT may be eligible for an annual subscription immediately.
