  • Why should I enroll with Lucidity?

  • Do you accept health insurance?

    We do not accept health insurance. Insurance providers put profits ahead of people. We treat patients, not numbers. We offer progressive care outside of insurance. The future of health care is direct care where the patient’s rights of self-determination are respected.

  • Do I have to pay for medical visits?

    No. Both initial and follow-up visits are included. You’ll have unlimited consultations with your provider. You can schedule a virtual visit on our website or communicate by email.

  • How is medication shipped to me?

    It will be shipped to you directly from our partner pharmacies in discreet packaging. Some items may need to be kept cool. Ideally, we set up each shipment so you do not have to sign for it. You will also not be billed for shipments as it is included in our pricing.

  • Where do the medication(s) from?

    We work with state-of-the-art compound pharmacies located in the USA who meet high-quality FDA regulatory standards. Treatments are prescribed directly by medical providers with Lucidity Health LLC who help personalize your care from Day One.

  • Is your practice legal?

    We are a group of medical professionals and providers (including MDs and Advanced Care Practitioners) who collaborate to offer concierge-style medicine. We are a legally recognized medical clinic and entity.
